Tyler Martens is an associate with the firm. He was born and raised in Williams Lake, but moved to Victoria to attend the University of Victoria and has been here ever since. He received his law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2017 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018

Tyler’s practice is primarily focused on family law, where he has extensive experience in assisting clients through contentious separations and matrimonial matters, whether through court processes or dispute resolution. Tyler also assists clients with drafting agreements related to separation or cohabitation, the latter of which sets out arrangements for finances, support, and property for clients in the event of a separation.

In his spare time, Tyler has a passion for the outdoors with his family and his dogs. If he is not in the office, you can find him hiking or camping on the Island, enjoying all the beauty the west coast has to offer.
