Shelley Quinte thrives on tough challenges and getting the job done right through forging relationships and overcoming obstacles with both proactive and defensive strategies in a variety of workplace environments and legal situations.
Combining her knowledge and expertise with practical solutions, Shelley is experienced in advising and representing federal and provincial employers in the public and private sectors, and appearing before arbitrators, the Labour Board, administrative boards and tribunals. As a seasoned contributing author, presenter and lecturer throughout her career, Shelley also offers general and in-house workshops, consultations and management-specific training to human resources professionals, management and executive teams.
Shelley joined Pearlman Lindholm in 2012, previously practicing in Ontario where she was the managing partner of a 13-lawyer, 25-staff firm, and continues to represent her client’s interests in both BC and Ontario. When not at work, Shelley will take on any number of adrenaline adventures in, on and under water, but still saves time for her family, her motorcycle and her dogs.
