Renée Rogers was born and raised in Victoria. She received her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Applied Ethics from UVic and her Master’s in Global Development Studies from Queen’s University, where she volunteered with OxFam Canada. While attending law school at UVic, Renée volunteered with Animal Justice, Pro Bono Students BC and North Shore Restorative Justice, and worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant.
Renée was called to the bar in 2022. She practices general litigation with a focus on elder issues. She enjoys traveling, reading, and trivia nights, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Animal Therapy Society.
