Randy Smith’s practice focuses on commercial law including buying and selling businesses, corporate law, real estate including residential and commercial purchases and sales, and wills and estates.

Randy was born and raised in Victoria and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Victoria. Randy was called to the bar in 1995 and has practiced law in Victoria since that time. Randy has organized and presented numerous seminars in the community on the topic of wills and estates and has also participated in real estate seminars for realtors.

Randy has been a youth soccer and basketball coach and in his spare time enjoys fishing, gardening and playing just about any sport.
