Dale Murray is a senior solicitor in the firm. He received his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1975 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1976.
In his wills and estates practice, Mr. Murray is involved in estate planning, as well as the preparation of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney and representation agreements for personal care. He also provides legal services for estates, including probate applications and estate administration. Mr. Murray works closely with other professionals, such as accountants and trust officers, in advising his clients on estate plans and administering estates.
Mr. Murray has been, and continues to be, active in community organizations, including the following:
Former President – Cerebral Palsy Association of Lower Vancouver Island
Former President – Art Gallery of Greater Victoria
Former Treasurer – Art Gallery of Greater Victoria Foundation
Board Member – Friends of the Royal British Columbia Museum
He also served for many years as an Officer in the Canadian Forces Reserves and continues to be associated as a volunteer with the Regimental Foundation of a local Reserve Regiment.
