Nicholas Mosky
Nick Mosky received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1991 and was called to the British Columbia Bar, and has been practicing in Victoria, since 1992. He began his career at Randall & Company and joined Stewart Waddell Raponi in 1998. He became a partner in the firm in 2000 where he practiced until early 2024 when his firm merged with Pearlman Lindholm. In 2021 Nick was called to the Bar in the Yukon.
Nick practices in the area of civil litigation and administrative law. He has appeared before every level of court in British Columba and has successfully litigated hundreds of cases to successful resolution on behalf of his clients. Nick has been a sessional lecturer at Camosun College and the University of Victoria and has presented courses with the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He survived raising three unruly children and now enjoys tending to a beautiful rural property in Metchosin and raising two unruly dogs.
