Kyle’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of employment, real estate, and business. His goal is to provide clients with effective advice to help them to achieve workable solutions. When settlement is not possible, Kyle assists his clients to understand the litigation process as he represents them in court.
Though he focuses on representing employees facing termination, constructive dismissal, or workplace conflict, Kyle also regularly advises and represents employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Born and raised in Richmond, B.C., Kyle transplanted to the Island as a seven-year member of the Canadian national rowing team based at Elk Lake, winning three world championships with the men’s eight team. Kyle’s rowing career culminated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where as captain he helped his crew win Canada’s first gold medal in the event in 16 years.
