Tyler D. Martens is an associate with the firm. He was born and raised in Williams Lake, but moved to Victoria to attend the University of Victoria and has been here ever since. He received his law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2017 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018
Tyler’s practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, employment law and family law. He also has experience in the areas of personal injury, construction litigation, estate litigation and small claims disputes
In his spare time, Tyler has a passion for the outdoors and his dogs. If he is not in the office, you can find him hiking or camping on the Island, enjoying all the beauty the west coast has to offer.
