Jennifer To was born and raised on the West Coast. She obtained an undergraduate degree in International Relations with a minor in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. She obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2019, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020.
Jennifer practices in the areas of business law including commercial agreements and the purchase and sale of businesses, residential real estate transactions as well as wills and estates planning and administration.
Jennifer is a contributing editor to the Law Society of British Columbia’s Business: Commercial Professional Legal Training Course Practice Materials. She is a currently on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Victoria.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, exploring the West Coast and never refuses an ocean-side walk. She also enjoys cooking and baking
