David Juteau is a director of the firm. He grew up in Victoria and received his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2008. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2009.

Focused primarily on civil litigation, he also conducts and advises on investigation work. David is experienced in areas of defamation, construction litigation, estate litigation, insurer’s negligence, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, employer-side employment litigation (including human rights claims) and professional liability. David offers a wealth of experience litigating cases from their inception to conclusion, having conducted trials in both the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals.

Having grown up as the son of a military colonel, David moved around a lot as a child. He is now the father of two young children, married and a member of the Victoria Community since the late 1980s. David is an avid traveller and enjoys the company of his friends and family when not in the office.
